About these terms

These terms apply to life coaching services provided by Syed Q Mentoring. Please read them together with the Privacy Notice and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Nature of the service

Life coaching and communication coaching are practical, non-clinical services. They are not medical, psychological, counselling or legal treatment or advice, and are not a substitute for them. Couples Communication Coaching is not couples therapy or marriage counselling. No particular outcome is guaranteed.

Eligibility

Clients must be 18 or over. Young Adult Life Coaching is for adults aged 18–25. Both participants in couples coaching must be adults who freely agree to take part.

Requests and confirmation

Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation after availability has been checked and payment has been verified.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Face-to-face sessions are a minimum of 90 minutes, and travel is charged at 45p per mile return mileage plus £15 per hour return travel time from Wolverhampton Railway Station, with parking, tolls and agreed venue costs extra. A full itemised quotation is agreed before an invoice is issued. Payment is by bank transfer using the details on your invoice, quoting your booking reference.

Face-to-face venues

Venues must be private, practical and mutually agreed. The coach may decline a venue that is unsuitable.

Boundaries and wellbeing

If, during coaching, it appears that you may need support beyond the scope of life coaching, the coach may suggest you seek appropriate professional help and may pause or end coaching.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
