Summary

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session. One rearrangement is normally available without an administration fee, subject to availability. Any refund or charge will depend on the timing, services already supplied, non-recoverable agreed expenses and your statutory consumer rights. If Syed Q Mentoring cancels, you may choose an alternative date or a refund. Please contact enquiry@syedqmentoring.co.uk with your booking reference.

Cancelling with 48 hours’ notice or more

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a refund of coaching fees and any recoverable, unspent travel or venue charges.

Cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice

Requests made inside 48 hours may incur reasonable, clearly disclosed charges reflecting actual losses or non-recoverable commitments. We will not automatically keep all fees or apply disproportionate penalties.

If we cancel

If Syed Q Mentoring needs to cancel, you may choose a full refund or an agreed alternative appointment.

Your statutory cancellation rights

Where you book at a distance (for example online or by phone) or away from business premises, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. If you ask for a session to take place within that period, we will ask for your express request and you may have to pay for services already supplied. Our 48-hour notice period does not remove these rights.

Refunds

Refunds are made back by bank transfer or another agreed method, normally within 14 days of agreeing the refund.
